Wisconsin
is located in the northeastern side of
America, and attached “Siamese-twin
style” to Michigan. This is a good
thing because it can feed Michigan, as
well as get a good deal on cars from Detroit.
It has access to Lake Michigan, which
is very good for the economy. To add to
this Wisconsin also has access to the
Mississippi River, which is good for inland
trade.
Apparently named after an English version
of a French adaptation of an Indian name
said to mean "the place where we
live", Wisconsin is not exactly on
most people’s “to visit”
list. It is known to be very rural, its
economy solidly built on agriculture.
Wisconsin is known for its cheese, and
people in Wisconsin have been known to
call each other (or perhaps even themselves)
“cheese heads”. People from
Wisconsin have been known to wear large
orange cheese hats, which have filtered
though various pop-culture events including
baseball games and various video awards
shows.

One
of the interesting facts about Wisconsin
is that Senator Joe McCarthy came from
Wisconsin. It isn’t really sure
if growing up in the state put the stick
up his butt, but it is known that “Good
Senator McCarthy” ruined a lot of
people’s lives for no reason at
all. It is not known if Joe ever called
anyone a “cheese head”.
