Located
on the shores of Lake Erie, Ohio is located
in the north eastern part of America and
boasts fantastic cities like Cincinnati.
Ohio was once home to a great mass of
soggy land called “The Great Black
Swamp”. This area has since been
drained and turned into fertile farmland.
Ohio was originally inhabited by several
different tribes of Native Americans,
and as Europeans made their push west
the tribes were all but eradicated. Once
tightly controlled by the British, Ohio
was settled at a less frantic pace, which
changed after the end of the War of Independence.
Ohio was one of the first 20 states to
enter the union and later many of its
sons died during the American Civil War.

Ohio
is an industrial state, doing much to
feel the car-makers in Michigan’s
