Square is easy to recognize because
it is lit up like an airport. While
most of New York City is bright, Times
Square is covered with video boards,
neon signs, and other infamous electric
light-makers. Time Square is where
a notorious New Years Eve party is
held every year, and people count
down the seconds until the ball drops.
