Every
city has them, and Las Vegas is no acceptation.
If you’ve ever gone traveling, you
know that sooner or later your going to
run into a store that has cartoon maps
of the area, beach towels that look like
beer bottle labels, and t-shirts that
say things like “MILF Hunter”.
If you’re ever in Las Vegas and
you see a poster depicting a man, painted
deep blue, with multiple arms like Kali,
holding useless plastic trinkets in his
hands, you are looking at an add for The
Worlds Biggest Gift Shop.
Located on 2460 Las Vegas Blvd. South,
not many people are sure if it’s
actually “the de-facto worlds largest
gift store”, but no one really seems
to care. It is large, with hundreds of
square feet of the most interesting and
useless junk in the city. You'll find
everything from fuzzy dice to Elvis on
velvet to hotel playing cards to scorpion
paperweights to postcards and decorative
shot glasses… it goes on forever
in this cavernous gift shop. Oh, and don’t
forget a pair of craps dice with your
name on them.
