This
place was kind of run down. It looked
straight out of the seventies and needed
a major overhaul. The recreational emmenities
were awesome but the 400 US a night price
tag for old beds was a major ripoff. The
boats docked at the Marina are worth having
a look at. People sailing all over the
south pacific and world dock their boats
here and some are worth a million plus.
I saw a family enjoying dinner on a full
sized barbeque on one of these boats.
Incredible. The place seemed like a family
destination and there were plenty of young
and old. The small yellow crabs on this
island are also really interesting. Although
I saw many hermit crabs on other islands.
The ones on this island were very interesting.
They seemed to have one small claw and
one large one. They were very playful
with each other and they are fun to watch
again and again. Back to the resort, the
food was better then I expected. But I
will never stay here again.
