Fiji is an affordable 3 and 1/2 star hotel
in Nadi Fiji. It has a nice beach for
walking but I wouldn't swim there. There
are plenty of hammocks and the beach is
not crowded and has plenty of room to
roam. The area around the hotel is fairly
natural and undeveloped. You will pass
the homes of locals as you take the dirt
road to the the hotel. I found the food
to be rather boring yet overpriced at
the restuarant and couldn't finish my
roast chicken dinner which had too much
skin and bone and not enough chicken on
it. The hospitalityis good, like anywhere
in Fijis' tourist locations. But the cuisine
and the partially ungroomed land in the
resort left me with a bitter aftertaste.
The dirt road also threw me off and I'll
never stay there again. Photographers
will get beautiful images but the place
itself will leave you running for the
exits.
